I had an amazing experience at Aquabike Fitness yesterday! I always hated spin classes but since this was in the water, I gave it a try. I am so glad I did. It was intense and more than just a spin workout. Surprisingly, my quads are not sore today! I’ll be adding this workout occasionally to my workout routine to shake things up a bit. I highly recommend this class and it’s great for beginners and seasoned athletes alike.
