The secret to staying fit: Commitment.
Ask yourself, how committed are you to getting in shape, staying in shape and being healthy? You need to be 100% committed. If you don’t know what that really means, look at the things in your life that continually get your attention and time.
Some committed things could be:
- Work
- Your family
- Your pet
- A hobby
Of course, you have different reasons that motivate you for all of the above; however, the point is how each of the above can take over and require 100% of your commitment. You have to prioritize them, you have to set aside time for them in your day, and even on those rare occasions when you might want to hide from the responsibilities they generate, you still do what you need to do to honor the commitment you’ve made. No matter how tired you are. No matter how many other things are on your plate. You make time.
