Exercise has a way of heating up your core temperature. Overheating can be a real problem in steamy gyms. Some serious signs of overheating during a workout include:

  • Muscle Cramps
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Heavy sweating paired with cold and clammy skin
  • Dizziness

Take precautions from overheating by drinking plenty of water before and during your workout. BUT THE BEST WAY to exercise and limit your chances of overheating is to exercise in WATER. That’s right! Don’t just drink it, work out in it!
