Water Exercise For All!

As the political season kicks-off, we’ve found something everyone can vote for—Water Exercise! 

Okay, it won’t be on your ballot in November, but Water Exercise is an amazing tool when it comes to getting in shape and staying in shape. The Mayo Clinic even touts the benefits, stating, “Water offers natural resistance, which can help strengthen your muscles.” They go on to add, “Aquatic exercise can also have several health benefits, such as improved heart health, reduced stress, and improved muscular endurance and strength.”

So what are you waiting for? If you’ve never taken an Aquabike class, now is the time! If you have been to a class, but life has been getting in the way, make a date with yourself to take a class. You are worth it!
