I want to try Aquabike, but…
I’m not a strong swimmer!
We understand, however…
Aquabike classes take place in the shallow end of the pool. The water is around 4-feet deep, or a little more. Whether you are a beginner or a swimmer with skills, most adults can easily stand in that part of the pool with their head above water.
Swimming is not part of Aquabike. Most of the time, you’ll be sitting on the bike. During the times when you aren’t, the bike is right there, as a steady object, to make you feel more comfortable in the water.
Plus, every Aquabike class is at a pool with lifeguards. It’s the safest place to be in the water!
